Jim is a professional speaker and seminar leader. His seminar subjects

He is the President of the San Diego Chapter of the Institute of Industrial Engineers, and

Prior to his career in consulting, Jim worked for major companies in positions of
increasing responsibility. He was a Systems Analyst, Master Production Scheduler,
Industrial Engineer, Director of Materials Management, Director of Manufacturing Systems,
Director of M.I.S., Plant Manager, and Operations Manager.
Jim received his undergraduate degree from Fordham University and his C.M.M.
(Certification in Materials Management) from Bloomfield College. He earned his M.B.A. from
Kennedy-Western University.
